All schools need a link between parents and the School Leadership Team, which in Catholic schools is generally called the Parents and Friends Association ("P & F"). We call our P&F the Community Association to remind us of the community we have been and what sort of organisation and community we aim to be. Whilst our school has grown, we strive to retain many of those qualities usually associated with a smaller school such as a strong inclusive community spirit.
The Community Association (CA) is the parent body within the St Andrew’s School community. Every parent who has a child enrolled at St Andrew's is a member of the CA.
The CA is a registered association and its office bearers are elected by the members. The constitution of the association and the office bearers for the current year are listed on the Community Association page on the Parent Portal.
General meetings are held at 7pm on the first Wednesday of each month in school terms. Meetings are held in the Nicola McGovern Centre, Year 6 learning space. Members and friends are welcome to attend meeting to contribute or to simply hear what's going on.

Fair Committee
This committee assists in the coordination of our annual
Fair
. The Fair is the major fund-raising venture for the school during the course of the year. The Fair is traditionally held on the last Sunday in May.
Working Bees
Working Bees are held on an “as needed” basis….all welcome! Please look out for these in the school newsletter.
